Hi, I'm Kimberly Kristoff --- a CA Certified / CT Licensed Professional Massage Therapist with over 26 years of full-time clinical experience. I built my practice to sit at the intersection of medicine and holistic bodywork: many of my clients are referred directly by their physicians --- orthopedic surgeons, OB/GYN's, oncologists, physiatrists, dentists, chiropractors, and integrative medicine doctors --- for support that complements the care they're already receiving. Others come on their own, for everyday relief, women's wellness, or simply to feel better in their body. Every session, in my office or in your home, is personalized to you.

Many of my clients arrive by physician referral, and I treat that relationship with the same seriousness your doctor does. Before a session, I review the precautions that matter --- surgical sites, hardware, weight-bearing restrictions, port placement, trimester, clot or fracture risk --- and adjust pressure, positioning, and technique accordingly. I maintain detailed SOAP notes for every session and I'm glad to communicate directly with your physician or care team about your progress.
